This is the Bidfitt Cancellation and Refund Policy. Please note that you have read and understand this policy before you place any orders of the Bidfitt webapp.
We encourage you to make your selections carefully before completing your purchase. As a general rule, once access to Bidfitt has been issued and activated, the purchase is considered final, and refunds will not be available. However, if the webapp is found to be faulty or does not perform as advertised, we will work with you to resolve the issue satisfactorily.
If, for any reason, despite our statement of no refunds above, you believe you are eligible for a refund, or credit, please contact us by email at bidfitt.assistdesk@email.com. Our team will review your request and may require additional information or documentation to investigate your request efficiently. Please note though that refunds will only be issued on the rarest of occasions, when there are major defects in your access to, or the webapp itself.
Do not request a chargeback from our payment processing partners (Stripe). Contact us to address any billing issues. Requesting a chargeback or opening a Stripe dispute for a valid charge from us is fraud, and is never an appropriate or legal means of obtaining a refund.
We reserve the right to update or modify our refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
